5 Hot Places in Second Life to find Plants

Within my love for Second Life is creating, and admiring, fantastic landscapes.

Break out of the cubicle, break out of the conference room the conference center, your fancy yet drab office that you are trying to show how professional and serious you are and if you can be anywhere, anyplace, I would personally choose to be surrounded in a beautiful landscape. I often seek out beautiful landscapes in Second Life and I am often building scenes from content I find that I am inspired by and taking photographs.  I don’t find many inspiring shots of office space interiors, not to say that there are not some really great office interiors in Second Life.

These are not listed in any particular order. I could probably name more than five but let’s kick it off with these. It took me longer than expected to write this because I just got lost in all the beauty at these places while making sure I had current SLURLS for each of these.

Make sure to give yourself some time at each.

What are some of your favorite places for plants in Second Life?

Ravi … Great list! Also, though, I think Lillith Heart makes some of the most beautiful, realistic, and pretty plants in Second Life. I also have purchased many wonderful pieces from Luna Bliss … and of course, the list wouldn’t be complete without Baron Grayson. I do believe I have every plant, tree, shrub, flower … and chair that man has ever made! Thanks so much for the list … I will go visiting when I get back.

I love Straylight, and agree with Arteer on Heart. I also LOVE Creative Fantasy by Julia Hathor.

thx for the listing,… its not quite as full on the beach as it was last week, made two big sales…:)) still, gives me 500 more prims to play with, so don’t expect it to stay that way for long. Just finished the 60th Ancient One… :))

Ty for the kinds words and the beautiful shots of the sims.

I too am a Relic, Heart, Botanical, Happy Mood addict. (Is there a 12 step program for SL plant collectors?) I love how each has their own individual style yet they all blend harmoniously together.

I’m totally with the rest above. if you have a smaller plot, or don’t have the allowance for higher prims, some of the most realistic (and widely) used plants come from Heart.
I also add Relic and Happy Mood to my list too.

    Excellent list thank you.

Ohhh and if you have the prims of course… can’t go wrong with Nirvana

Good suggestions! I agree with all of them and will make a point to go visiting them all again very soon.

I went out to Relic the other day and whoa..it was basically gone and new things are happening there. I am totally, totally excited.

I am completely overwhelmed with all the new tree makers, overwhelmed in a grand way.

Arteer, yes Lilith Heart, I have so much respect for what she has done with her innovative quality for landscaping in Second Life, when she began her offerings it literally changed the lands of SL across the world. Her products are now as common as Linden default plants but at a much, much higher quality.

Picking up Lilith Heart plants is like making sure you have a black skirt in your wardrobe. ohhhh I am rambling..
